1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear, clothing, and accessories that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items, including sale or clearance items, gift cards, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for more details.

2. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@zaphior.com or call us at +923357885759 to initiate your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely, including your original receipt or proof of purchase. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is processed and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund status. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is ineligible or does not meet the return conditions, we may offer a store credit or return the item to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are processed based on the availability of the item and may be subject to shipping fees.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

7. Lost or Stolen Items

Zaphior.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, and if your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.


8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Additionally, customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
